TWO WAYS TO REGISTER:

CHECK: Please register online on our website and at payment select that you are paying by check by "Bypass Payment" when prompted. Please mail your check and your Order receipt to CALAFCO, 1451 River Park Drive, Suite 185, Sacramento, California 95815. (Please note, however, that discounts or late fees are determined by the date that payment is received - not mailed.)

CREDIT CARD: Please clicking on the orange "Register Now" button on this page.

• EARLY BIRD discounts run through August 22nd.
• LATE FEES begin on September 22^nd.
• REGISTRATION CLOSES on October 3^rd, no exceptions.

NON-MEMBERS: If you are not a CALAFCO member, you can purchase the Guest tickets by clicking on Register Now and proceeding as a Guest. 

Members are Member LAFCOs and Associate Members in good standing. Included in Member LAFCOs are regular and alternate commissioners and all direct LAFCO staff including legal counsel. All others are considered non-members and shall register as such.

CALAFCO CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
1. Registrations are considered complete upon receipt of fees. 
2. Cancellation requests made in writing and received by October 3, 2025, are fully refunded, less transaction and handling fees.* 
3. Credits are not issued for any cancellations. 
4. Registration fees are transferable to another person not already registered provided the request is received in writing.* Deadline to transfer registrations is October 15, 2025. 
5. Registration fees for guests and special events are not transferable but are fully refundable, less transaction and handling fees*, if written requests are received by October 3, 2025. 
6. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. 
7. Cancellation requests made after October 3, 2025 are not eligible for a refund. 
*$30 handling fee applies.
